Semestral break

                                        

          Semestral break is one of the most awaited vacation during the month of October. Students most likely of our age really crave for a vacation espaecially those who are really stressed out during the school days. We are always expecting for vacation because we think tahat we need to have a break.

           I spent most of the days of my semestral break in our house. I wasn't able to go somewhere else. This is because I'm not allowed to travel around or to go around places. Another thing is that, I don't have money to support my own cravings to go to such places like malls or whatever wonderful place to go to. My family also chose to stay at home. I could only go out of our house when I need to go to my classmate's house for a project. My parents are really strict, I understand that it's also for my own good but I think it is a little bit too much because I'm already a teenager. Somehow I want to feel my independence. I wanna feel that somehow I can stand on my own feet. I want to learn how to commute. I wann learn how to survive with my own little ways. Going back to the topic, what I did last semestral break was mostly about surfing the net and logging on to Facebook. I did that for almost one week. Except for a day that my parents allowed me to go to the house my classmate. I went to the house of Patricia. I was with Pamela and Jonaz that time. We did the story board for the music video. We did the story board at Trish's house because we weren't able to meet up during school days for some reason. We were able to finish it early that's why we stayed at Trish's house for more hours, then Yvone came to their house and fetched Patricia, she asked Trish if she would join Yvone's family to a trip to Tagaytay. That's why we left Trish's house and went to Jollibee. We grab some snack before going home. I kept on laughing at Pameh for an unexplainable reason. Then after that I waited for my service to fetch me at Jollibee, I think I waited there for about 45 minutes. Then I think I reached our home at 5 in the afternoon. After that my life continued. I did all my homeworks and other school works. I can say that it was somehow fun.

             I learned that vacations should be spent wisely. We have to use our time generously and wisely. Vacation is a time to relax from a stressed school days especially when you received a lot of pressure during the school days. You could also use vacations to talk to your friends abroad or let's say your friends from a different country or even those friends of yours near to your house but you can't meet each other. That's what I actually did during the semestral break. I had video chats with my friend from Paris and my friend from Naic, that was really fun though.
