A Child's Love to His Father

After  the death of Hamlet's father in England and their friend Julius Caesar's, Hamlet's bud Horatio told him about the ghost.Which the ghost claims to be his father's spirit. That night he saw the ghost and he followed it. As he followed the ghost it suddenly disappeared, on that place he saw a tomb with two lovers, Romeo and Juliet, also Claudio with Hero. Juliet and Romeo was already dead then Claudio was singing a song for Hero and for the lovers. The ghost came out again and now he was able to speak to it. The ghost told Hamlet that Claudius is the man who murdered his father by pouring poison in his ear while he was snoozing in his garden and the cause of Julius Caesar death was that Brutus and conspirators that stabbed Julius Caesar  33 times to be sure.  Before the ghost left, he told his son Hamlet to make a revenge for them.
A group of actors came in the Elisinore in Denmark, then Hamlet thought of a plan of making a play. In that play he invited Claudius, Brutus and the conspirators to test their guilt. The play started, the actors were divided into two groups. The first group played the "To be or not to be" which was how his father was killed. And the second play was entitled "Et tu Brute?". While the play was going, Hamlet saw the guilt in their face. The face of the traitor brother and to the honorable man, Brutus. After days, Brutus killed himself. Where he gets his old friend Strato to hold his sword while he runs at it.
When that happened, Hamlet was out the England because of Claudius sends him off. He was on the a ship with Gonzalo, Antonio, Sebastian, Ferdinand and King Alonso. The story came, cause by Prospero, that cause their ship to shipwreck. Ferdinand survived and arrived in Ephesus after the shipwreck.
In the middle of the night, he woke up and the queen of fairies, Titania fell in love with him because of the love juice. Still, a luck that the king of fairies, Oberon, was able to fixed it  with Puck who was also the cause of it.

Morning, Ferdinand went straight going in the city of Ephesus. There he saw the saw an Abbess, Emilia that was revealing herself as the lost wife of Egeon and the twins. Seeing this made him sad, he remembered his father king Alonso if it was alive while he was walking. Then he saw but didn't heard clearly what the witches said; "all hail, hail to thee, Thane of Cawdor" , "All hail, that shalt be King hereafter!"  and  "Beware the Thane of Fife!". But the most remarkable was the second line because one of the witches looked at him. He thought of his father once again. Yes he was the heir but he was still his son. He just kept on walking until he was already near the shore line and there he saw his father and he was alive with Gonzalo, Sebastian and Antonio. Knowing that his father was still alive he became very happy. Then suddenly Ferdinand asked "Where is Hamlet?" His father answered, "He came back immediately to England for his father's wish".

"Fair is foul, and foul is fair"

Fair is foul, and foul is fair. This is a famous line from William Shakespeare's shortest tragic play, "Macbeth". This line was said by the three witches in the play. This line is also said to be one of the biggest theme of the Play. "This is a statement that appears to be contradictory but expresses the truth". For me it's like, fair things are being done to cover up the foul things that people did, so that people will like you. Sometimes foul things are shown but what we see are beutiful things despite of these ugly things.

For example are the drainage systems declared by some officials as their project. The drainage systems look so beautiful outside but, why is it that when the rain comes the streets become flooded? So, it only means that the drainage system doesn't work properly. Maybe the pipes weren't connected properly. Do we deserve such kind of service? To think that the government alotted big money for some projects like this and yet they fail to give  us good results. We ask them to fix but why do these problems worsen? Is it because these officials only hire cheap contractors to fix these drainage systems? Or is it because of the citizens who continuously throw garbages properly then later on complain about the flood? Another one are the aspalt road. Looks so beautiful when it's new and yet it lacks quality. It gets easily broken.

Sometimes there are people who do good things just to cover up their bad side. They pretend to be good. Some do bad things for some good reasons, but it's not an enough reason to do bad things. We have seen bad things that look beautiful to us. One example is the bad side of the people we love, yes we see it, but we don't mind it because of the love we feel for them.

A Midsummer Night's Dream

A Midsummer Night's dream is a play written by William Shakespeare.  It is believed that it was written between 1590 and 1596. It portrays the events surrounding the marriage of the Duke of Athens, Theseus, and Hippolyta. The play also include the love stories of the four Athenian teenagers. They were manipulated by the fairies in the forest. There were some actors who also went in the woods too, to have a practice for a play. They say that this story is confusing, but thanks God I was able to understand the story.

We all know that every story have a part where the it gets more exciting and this part is called the climax. Of the story doesn't have a climax, it will be boring to read or to just even watch it.For me the climax of the Midsummer Night's Dream is when the four Athenian boys and girls went to the woods. Then Oberon heard the conversation of Demetrius and Helena. After hearing the conversation of Demetrius and Helene, he commanded Puck to pour a love potion on the eyelid of Demetrius. It didn't go as what is planned by Oberon, because Puck poured the potion into Lysander's eyelid instead of Demetrius'. When Lysander woke up, he saw Helena and followed her. Then Hermia woke up and found out that Lysander is not there anymore. Then there came a time that the potion was placed into the eyelid of Demetrius and he fell in love with Helena. Helena thought that Lysander and Demetrius were only making fun of her. To the point that she and Hermia already fought.

The reason why I think this is the climaz is because of the excitement I felt when i was already reading this part. The things also got more complicated in this part of the story. There are twists involved here including the fact that the two men fell in love with Helena when at first they were chasing for Hermia. It's like this is were the tables turned.

Forgive and Forget

"The easiest way to forgive is to forget." This quote really touched a part in my heart. I actually don't know where to start. Earlier I thought this blog will be easy for me to finish because lately I've been giving advice to my friend, but now I realized it's hard to express myself and my own thoughts. Especially when I am about to talk about myself. I just thought of this a while ago, how can we remember something we already forgot? Well that is what I thought since it is said that the easiest way to forgive is to forget, so Ironic. That's why I'm thinking of what will I write here.

Then  I realized that we really don't have to forget something just to be able to forgive someone. It's just the matter of accepting the fact that, that person did something wrong against us. It's about the matter of living with it and getting used to it. YOU have to learn how to go with the flow. Even though it will be hard and painful at first to forgive that person and forget those dreadful moments he had caused you. Forgiving someone doesn't mean that you are weak, it even shows that you are strong enough to accept that person even if he hurt you and you were able to give him second chance. In relation to the play if The Tempest, Prospero should have forgiven his brother already and should have chose not to take revenge on those people who betrayed him.

We have a kind and such a forgiving God. He sets as a good example to us. If God can forgive why can't we? Yes, we were hurt, but I do believe every person could do some mistake. But I also believe that everyone DESERVE a second chance BUT NOT for the SAME MISTAKE. If somethings are not meant for us we have to learn how to let go. If he really doesn't deserve you, all you have to so is to FORGIVE and ACCEPT, then LET GO. Don't let your past relationship ruin your present and may be a better relationship with that person.
Let's "Keep on moving forward".
