My Teacher, My Hero

           

World Teachers' day is a day allotted for the great teachers in the whole world. This is a special day wherein the student's and other people should show appreciation for the hard works that a teacher have done for every student. Teachers' Day may include some celebration to somehow honor them. I believe that not all of us are aware of the hardships that teachers do for us. There are works of some teachers that weren't recognized neither appreciated.

             The sacrifices and hardships of the teachers are enough for us to thank them. Some teachers don't expect an extravagant gifts or way of thanking them, a simple thank you with a sincere heart is already okay for them. I agree that we all have to thank our teachers not only because they taught us what we know about academics but also because of the values in life they have taught us.

                They are indeed our second parent. Somehow, they have helped our parents mold us to what we are right now. I would like to take this opportunity to thank a teacher of mine, whom I consider to be the best I adviser I had as far as I know. She is a great adviser to me. She have taught me some things that I should know about life. I love the way she give advice not only to my classmates but also to me, the way she care for us, and the way she treat us like her second family. What I love the most is the way she handle us. I admire her long patience. I am so glad to have an adviser who would take a stand for us, and whom I know could fight for us. I'm so lucky to have a teacher like her. Actually, she's not only a teacher for me, I also consider her as a second parent. I could say that she is one of the best teachers. With all sincerity, I'm proud to say that I am a student of Ma'am Mildred.
